Hola!!! Esa es mi humilde opinion, gracias por el theme !!Saludos.(maybe u do not understand spanish, but i do not write in english very wel. but I'll try.)Hello , I've been using Wuhan theme since I did make my blog, I like it very much. The truth is that the only little problem for me is that the one column is a few strech for my posts. But anyway, it's great that you has started to make a new theme.

he had the cleanest crdeit he had seen in a year.Because his friend wants to move to Florida but can't afford to.Because friends panicked and bought houses without due diligence and are now suffering for not having pushed for careful inspections and taken time to check out the neighbours.Because people selling are watching their houses sit and sit.Because he is the only guy at work not sweating under a mountain of mortgage and crdeit card debt.Because we can live on one income and weather any storms, such as lay offs or illness.Because a new business opportunity came up and we can run with it we have cash and are flexible.Because our housing outlay is relatively static no sudden increases in property taxes, so unexpected repairs.Need I go on?We will buy a house some day when the prices are worth it. And we may even buy investment properties but only when they are a steal.

Looking for some advice..I am crnreutly renting and trying to keep a pulse on the market. It is obvious things are on the downside. My question is how long do I wait it out? Is it worth waiting another year? I am crnreutly renting with a renewal coming up, and debating to jump into home ownership or rent for another year. I am looking for a multifamily investment property I would occupy. I figure if I hold on to the property long enough, I shouldn't get burned. Although a lot of the investment property calculations I've done depict excessive over valuation, based on asking and recently sold prices. On the other hand, long term I anticipate I would rent the entire property out and move into nice, large single family home, once I start a family barring any major catastrophe. I've got a good job, I'm young and sitting on a pile of cash.Appreciate any advice from a seasoned real estate investor! Thanks from a future Jersey real estate investor.

entry level housing peircs in the top towns are in the low to mid $600 s. with a 30 year fixed at 6.5% and 10% down with say $7k a year in taxes that's a monthly nut of ~$4200 just for shelter. maybe i'm just a poor boy but that seems like an awful lot to me. this is why i believe the majority of the players in the housing market are existing homeowners who've all built equity over the last # of years. many of the houses i've been seeing in this market space being sold are step-up homeowners. those buying for the most part seem to be young double income no kids (who else can really afford it) looking to get in before the affordability increases further. what happens when they eventually want to have children? both will have to work coupled with childcare that can run $1000 a month. it's going to take a few years before we really see the cracks in this whole scheme.
